26+2, Hot Stretch

Mitzi started practicing yoga over 15 years ago while living in Scotland and had the fortunate experience of practicing with a great hatha teacher at my local gym.  She grew to love the mind, body, and breath connection. Not long after, she discovered Hot Yoga.  The mind, body, and breath connection in 106-degree heat meant she was hooked. After moving back to Minnesota, she wanted to share my love of the mind, body, breath connection so decided to sign up for Yoga Teacher Training (YTT).

Sam was captivated by the grounding and empowering practice of yoga during her first yoga classes in 2001 at the Fergus Falls YMCA. in 2015, she returned to her roots and began instructing yoga. Sam completed her 200-hour teacher training in Grafton, ND in 2016 and has since instructed. Her instruction style is alignment-focused Hatha. Sam also teaches yoga sculpt and restorative yoga.

Anne started practicing yoga with Lois Reff in 2013 at New Beginnings and started to fall in love with the practice of yoga. In 2015, Anne started attending classes at ECCE Yoga in Fargo, ND with Brenda Weiler which deepened her understanding of the 8 limbed path and she started a whole new lifestyle change. In 2019, Anne had the amazing opportunity to study under the direction and guidance of  Mary Beth Nehl at the Yoga Loft for my 230 hour of yoga intensives and teacher training in modified ashtanga. In 2020, Anne took a 20 hour introduction class to trauma sensitive yoga which has moved her into teaching more trauma informed yoga classes and helping people heal from PTSD and complex trauma.
