Mitzi started practicing yoga over 15 years ago while living in Scotland and had the fortunate experience of practicing with a great hatha teacher at my local gym. She grew to love the mind, body, and breath connection. Not long after, she discovered Hot Yoga. The mind, body, and breath connection in 106-degree heat meant she was hooked. After moving back to Minnesota, she wanted to share my love of the mind, body, breath connection so decided to sign up for Yoga Teacher Training (YTT).
