Service Description

Heated Class (90-100+ degrees). This heated class will have you sweating with a smile on your face! This class will fuse a vinyasa flow with a signature 10-15 minute challenge at the end of the class. This class focuses on breath, strength, and balance. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat. This class is for ALL levels, modifications will be provided.
