Slightly Heated Class (85-90 degrees). This class will have you sweating with a smile on your face! Follow along as we link our breath to our movement and flow through fun postures and poses. This class focuses on breath, flexibility, and balance. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat. This class is for ALL levels.
