Service Description

This gentle restorative yoga class is designed to promote deep relaxation and mind-body connection. This practice encourages stress relief and inner calm, coupled with at least 15-minutes of therapeutic touch per person. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the session and wear comfortable clothing.
