Non-heated class. Make progress in your physical strength and cardiovascular output with circuits that will take your heart rate up and down in a bootcamp-style class. Conquer powerful strength circuits between challenging cardio bursts to maximize your burn even after classes are over. You will sweat in this class and modifications will be offered. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a pair of tennis shoes. This class is open to all levels of fitness.
